摘　　要：介绍了BSG催化剂在Unipol全密度聚乙烯装置的工业化应用情况,考察了国产催化剂的聚合性能和装置的运行情况,分析了生产的聚乙烯粒料的性能,并与参比催化剂的进行了对比。结果表明:BSG催化剂与BCS-02催化剂活性相当,生产的粉料聚乙烯粒径分布更集中,细粉含量少,聚乙烯粒料性能优于BCS-02催化剂。试验过程装置运行平稳,生产的产品性能达优级品。Abstact:The industrial application of BSG on Unipol full density polyethylene(PE) plant is introduced in this paper,to investigate the quality of the domestic catalyst,stability of operation and properties of PE product. All those performance of two catalysts were compared. The results show that : BSG catalyst has the same activity as BCS-02 cat,particle size distribution is more concentrated and less fine powder. The quality of PE product was better than PE produced with BCS-02 catalyst. The operation was stable and the PE product is first-rate product.
