团体绘画艺术治疗对稳定期住院精神分裂症患者生活质量和社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨团体绘画艺术治疗对住院精神分裂症患者生活质量和社会功能的影响。方法选取采用随机数字表法将110名住院精神分裂症患者分为观察组和对照组各55例;观察组接受团体绘画艺术干预、药物治疗和其他康复活动,对照组仅予药物治疗和其他康复活动;在接受绘画艺术干预之前和之后两组患者都分别接受精神科评定和心理测验。结果观察组患者干预后SQLS量表总分、各因子分后测评分均降低,且前测-后测差值与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SSPI量表总分、各因子分较干预前均增加,且前测-后测差值均与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体绘画艺术干预可以提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量,改善社会功能。Objective To study the effect of group painting art therapy on quality of life and social function of inpatients with schizophrenic.Methods 104 inpatients with schizophrenic were assigned to intervention group or control group by random number table.The intervention group received group painting art intervention,drug therapy and other rehabilitation activities,while the control group received only drug therapy and other rehabilitation activities.Before and after the intervention of group painting art,two groups of patients received psychiatric evaluation and psychological test respectively.Results The total score of the SQLS scale and the post-test scores of each factor in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the pre-test-post-test differences were significant different between the two groups(P<0.05).The total score of SSPI scale and posttest scores of each factor increased in the experimental group,and the pre-test-posttest difference was significant different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group painting art therapy could improve the quality of life and improve social function of patients with schizophrenia.
