摘 要:人类精子冷冻保存是男性生育力保存和不育症治疗的重要技术。无论是捐精冻存还是自精保存,都面临着冷冻损伤对精液质量的影响。如何提高冻存复温后精液的质量成为我们急需解决的科学和技术问题,目前研究发现人类精子冷冻复苏主要引起冰晶形成、氧化还原反应失衡和生物大分子改变的损伤;可以通过精子优选、添加冷冻保护剂和优化冷冻复苏方法的途径降低冷冻损伤。Cryopreservation of human sperm is an important technology for male fertility preservation and male infertility treatment.A common problem of sperm bank faced is the influence of cryopreservation injury on semen quality,whether it is cryopreservation of donor sperm or self-sperm.How to improve the quality of sperm after cryopreservation has become an urgent scientific and technological problem to be solved.Current studies have found that human sperm cryopreservation can lead to some damage,such as the ice crystal formation,the imbalance in oxidation reduction reaction,and the changes in biological macromolecule.The channel to reduce the cryopreservation damage may be solved by sperm optimization,increasing cryoprotectants dosage,and optimizing frozen thawed methods.
