摘　　要：《船讯》作为一部成长小说,描述了奎尔走出困境的过程。文章从自然生态、社会生态和精神生态角度分析了奎尔的成长历程,在对自然生态怀有充分敬畏的同时,表达了人对自然生态的极强适应能力;在起伏的人生经历中表达了社会生态可以给予人羞辱、帮助和慰藉;在对人从脆弱到坚定的心理变化中表达了精神生态的可塑性。As an initiation novel,The Shipping News describes the process of Quoyle’s getting out of predicaments.This paper analyzes Quoyle’s growth from the perspectives of natural,social and spiritual ecology.With full awe of natural ecology,it expresses the strong adaptability of human beings to natural ecology.In the ups and downs of life experience,it shows that social ecology can give people humiliation,help and comfort.From fragile to firm psychological changes,it proves the plasticity of human beings’spiritual ecology.
