摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月我院ICU收治的患者240例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理。比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率及生活质量。结果观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在ICU患者中的应用,可明显降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and quality of life in patients with ICU.Methods To select 240 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was received routine nursing and the observation group was implemented evidence-based nursing.The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with ICU could significantly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities and improve their quality of life.
