Objective To investigate the nursing effect of preventing postoperatived deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with esophageal cancer guided by thromboelastography(TEG).Methods To select 120 cases of patients with esophageal cancer surgery from March 2017 to October 2018 as a study object.TEG was performed after operation to observe DVT and TEG test results.TEG results was compared before and after intervention in patients with DVT hypercoagulable state. Results Among 120 cases of patients, the incidence of DVT was 7.50%,and the hypercoagulable state was 40.83%.After 1 week of intervention in patients with DVT and hypercoagulable state, the R value,K value,a angle,MA and CI indicators were statistical significance in the comparative difference from those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion TEG test for postoperative patients with esophageal cancer could effectively determine the coagulation status.Nursing measures guided by TEG could effectively control the occurrence of DVT and evaluate the symptom degree of DVT patients, which was worth popularizing.
