摘　　要：目的探讨Snyder希望理论对视网膜脱离患者希望指数及负性情绪的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月于我院治疗的80例视网膜脱离患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行Snyder希望理论干预。比较两组患者干预前后Herth希望量表(HHI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果干预后,两组患者HHI量表中保持与他人亲密关系(I)、采取积极行动(P)、对现实及未来的积极态度(T)评分以及总分均高于干预前,且干预后观察组上述各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者SAS,SDS评分均低于干预前,且干预后观察组上述评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Snyder希望理论能显著提高视网膜脱离患者的希望水平,改善其负性情绪。Objective To explore the effect of Snyderhopes theory on the hope index and negative emotion of patients with retinal detachment.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with retinal detachment who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received routine nursing.The hope theoretical intervention was performed on this basis in the observation group.The Herth hope index(HHI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,patients of the two groups maintained close relationships with others(I),positive actions(P),positive attitudes toward reality and future(T)scores,and total scores before intervention in the HHI scale,all of which were higher than those before intervention.All of the above scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after the intervention were lower than those before intervention.After the intervention,all of the above scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Snyder hopes theory could significantly improve the hope level of patients with retinal detachment and improve their negative emotions.
