摘  要:依据电感耦合馈电结构宽频带天线理论,分别设计洗涤标签辐射天线和耦合环天线,仿真结果表明,标签具有宽频带、高灵敏度、天线阻抗易调节优点。标签采用布草作为辐射天线基底,印刷电路板实现双层馈电环,芯片绑定到馈电环后胶封实现片芯,实际加工洗涤标签样品并进行小批量生产,标签满足小型化、可批量生产要求,具有良好的一致性,可通过300次严苛的洗涤环境测试,性能超越市面现有洗涤标签。According to the broadband antenna theory of inductively coupled feed structure,the washing label radiation antenna and coupling ring antenna are respectively designed.The simulation results show that the label has the advantages of broad frequency band,high sensitivity and easy adjustment of antenna impedance.The label antenna is sewed to the linen.The feed ring is corroded to the double layer printed circuit board(PCB).The chip is bonded to the feed ring and covered with glue.The washing label sample is actually processed and produced in a small batch.The label meets the requirements of miniaturized and massive production.It has good consistency and can be tested through 300 strict washing conditions.The performance ouperforms the existing washing label on the market.
