摘 要:采用正交试验设计方法,进行了花木蓝嫩枝扦插技术的优化试验。正交试验的3因素为生根促进物质、不同浓度和不同处理时间,试验观测指标有生根率、生根数和主根长度,计算根系指数、根系效果指数,并对观测数据进行方差分析和多重比较。方差分析后3个指标在0.05水平上差异达到了极显著水平,方差分析和多重比较结果结合3个指标的综合表现,筛选出处理号5(A2B2C3)为最佳处理组合,即插穗用NAA溶液100 mg/L的浓度处理30 min,生根率、生根数和根长可达96%、9根和16.04 cm,根系效果指数达10.33。翌年移栽成活率为90.5%,翌年移栽时苗木更壮实,生理失水少,利于苗木移栽。In order to study on more optimal breeding technology for the cutting propagation of Indigofera kirilowii by using orthogonal design method have been carried out.Factors of the orthogonal test were hormone,concentration and treatment time.Indications of test were the rooting ratio,number and length of root,and calculated root index and root effectiveness index.By analysis of variance the Sig was 0.000,and the difference has been reached a very significant level.The number 5 was the best treatment through multiple comparisons results and indicators.The best combination was A2B2C3,the cuttings have been dipped 30 minutes with 100 mg/L NAA.Under the best conditions,the rooting ratio was 96%,the number of roots was 9,the length of roots was 16.04 cm,and the rooting effectiveness index was 10.33.Survival rate of transplantation was 90.5%in next year.The seedling have been becomed and transplantion in next year was good fou seedling.
