摘 要:随着科技的发展,制造行业对针刺机的针刺频率要求越来越高,对各类超高速针刺机的设计研究也越来越多。针刺机实现超高速针刺频率的关键在于解决针刺机运行过程中的振动问题,而对针刺机运行过程中的惯性力加以平衡可以很好地解决振动问题。为此提出了使惯性力部分得到平衡的方法,兼顾机械结构的重量、结构和动力学性能,以剩余惯性力的最大值为最小作为优化目标进行了平衡质量的选取。With the development of science and technology,the manufacturing industry has higher and higher requirements for the needling frequency of the needle-punching machine,and more and more research on the design of various ultra-high-speed needle punching machines.The key to achieve ultra-high-speed acupuncture frequency in acupuncture machine is to solve the vibration problem during the operation of the needle-punching machine,balancing the inertial force during the operation of the needle-punching machine can solve the vibration problem well.To this end,a method for balancing the inertial force is proposed.The method takes into account the weight,structure and dynamics of the mechanical structure.The maximum value of the residual inertial force is minimized as the optimization target,and the balance quality is selected.
