摘  要:采用有限元模拟方法对G14型商用车同步环冷精锻工艺进行分析,研究了坯料定位方式、润滑条件和凸模下行速度对锻造工艺的影响。研究表明:相较于台阶外圆定位,齿根圆定位更适宜于锻件的成形;加强润滑条件和降低变形速度均不仅有利于降低载荷、节约能源、延长模具使用寿命,还可以提高锻件尺寸精度。The finite element simulation method was used to analyze the cold forging process of G14 commercial vehicle synchronous ring.The influence of blank positioning mode,lubrication condition and punch-pin down stroking speed on the forging process was studied.The research shows that the tooth root circle positioning is more suitable for the forming of forgings than the outer circle positioning of the step;strengthening the lubrication condition and reducing the deformation speed are not only beneficial to reduce the load,save energy,prolong the service life of the mold,but also improve the dimensional accuracy of the forging.
