摘  要:分析了震源药柱密封机理,设计了锥面/柱面主密封和O型圈辅助密封结构;运用ANSYS软件对密封结构的接触压力和表面应力进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明该密封结构能够满足密封要求;通过样品抗水性能测试,结果表明密封效果良好。研究结果为解决震源药柱密封问题提供了参考。The sealing mechanism of the seismic charge is analyzed,and the structure consisting of conical/cylindrical main seal and the O-ring auxiliary seal is designed.On one hand,the contact pressure and surface stress of the seal structure were simulated by ANSYS software and the simulation results show that the seal structure can meet the sealing requirements.On the other hand,the samples were tested by water resistance test,and the results also suggest that the sealing performance is good.The research result provides a reference for solving the problem of the seismic charge seal.
