小型清雪机的设计研究

摘　　要：针对于新疆冬季下雪频繁、校园等小型场所清雪劳动强度大的问题,设计了一种小型清雪机。介绍了该清雪机的整体结构及工作原理,重点介绍了清雪机关键部件——毛刷装置的结构以及尺寸;并建立了清雪机的三维模型,为后续的样机制作提供了结构参考以及尺寸依据。In view of the frequent snowfall in winter in Xinjiang and the high labor intensity of clearing snow in campuses and other small places,a small snow cleaner machine was designed.This paper introduces the overall structure and working principle of the snow cleaner,introduces the structure and size of the brush device,which is the key component of the snow cleaner,establishes the three-dimensional model of the snow cleaner,and provides provides structural references and dimensional basis for subsequent prototyping.
