基于色标检测在空调U管自动化生产的研究应用

摘　　要：基于检测物料铜管的结构,通过模拟验证的方法研究色标传感器的示教方法、特性、环境影响程度等,并应用到空调自动化生产设备中。选择在长U机送料过程中稳定性好、安装调试空间不受限制的矫直轮与皮带之间,左右对射安装色标传感器,实现铜管的双向检测。同时结合PLC程序进行防呆设计,增加检测自动启动、检测记录存储功能,创造性地应用双频延时检测,实现了误报的二次辨别,有效地解决了传感器灵敏度高造成的频繁误报问题。Based on the structure of the copper tube of the tested material,the teaching method,characteristics and environmental impact degree of the color sensor are studied by means of simulation verification,and applied to the automatic production equipment of air-conditioning.During the feeding process of the long U machine,the position between the straightening wheel and the belt with good stability and unrestricted installation and debugging space is selected,and the color sensor is installed on the left and right sides to realize the two-way detection of the copper pipe.At the same time,combined with PLC program for fool-proofing design,increased detection automatic start,detection record storage function,creative application of dual-frequency delay detection,to achieve secondary identification of false positives.It effectively solves the problem of frequent false positives caused by high sensor sensitivity.
