摘 要:点阵结构的多孔性及可设计性,使其具有良好的力学特性和物理特性。随着增材制造技术的发展,解决了复杂点阵结构由于工艺限制难以制造的问题,因而点阵结构的应用场合也愈发广泛。结合实例,介绍了基于增材制造的点阵结构特性及建模方法,以便使工程师在以后的实践中进一步挖掘点阵结构的潜力。The porosity and designability of the lattice structure make it have good mechanical and physical properties.With the development of additive manufacturing technology,the problem that complex lattice structure is difficult to manufacture due to process limitations has been solved,and the application of dot matrix structure has become more and more extensive.Combined with examples,the lattice structure characteristics and modeling methods based on additive manufacturing are introduced,so that engineers can further explore the potential of lattice structure in future practice.
