回族历史街区更新策略研究——以沁阳北寺街为例

摘　　要：回族历史街区是回族千百年历史变迁的见证者,承载着城市历史的演进和回族穆斯林的传统生活方式,更是城市文化的缩影。以河南省沁阳市北寺街历史街区为例,充分挖掘街区物质和非物质文化,分析回族特有的文化特色并深入调研街区,发现在城市快速发展的过程中,街区特色逐渐消失、风貌破坏严重、空间肌理混乱、街区活力下降等问题。文章从街区活力营造的视角,提出分层次激发街区活力,构建多元化空间体验、营造活力氛围,传承民族特色、延续历史文脉的街区更新策略,为民族历史街区在更新过程中的活力提升提供借鉴意义。The Hui historical block is a witness to the historical changes of the Hui Nationality for thousands of years,it carries the evolution of urban history and the traditional lifestyle of Hui Muslims,and it is also the epitome of urban culture.Taking the historical block of Beisi Street in Qinyang City,Henan Province as an example,this article fully explores the physical and intangible culture of the block,analyzes the unique cultural characteristics of the Hui nationality and conducts in-depth investigation on the block.It was found that in the process of rapid urban development,there have problems such as gradual disappearing of block characteristics,serious damage of appearance,chaotic spatial texture and decreased block vitality.From the perspective of creating block vitality,the article proposes a block renewal strategy featured by stimulating the block vitality,building a diversified spatial experience,creating a vibrant atmosphere,inheriting the ethnic characteristics,and continuing the historical context to provide reference to increasing the vitality of the ethnic historical block in the renewal process.
