摘 要:新能源汽车关键技术是产业发展的瓶颈,要建立政产学研用共同参与并具有科学的体制和机制的共性技术研发平台,才能高效率地产出技术成果,参与者共享成果的收益。文中分析了公共技术平台普遍存在的问题,阐述了新能源汽车研发平台参与各方的需求和资源,提出了新能源汽车共性技术研发平台体制创新的6项对策以及机制创新的7项措施。The key technologies of new energy vehicles are the bottleneck of industrial development.It is necessary to establish a generic technology R&D platform of government-industry-university-re?search-user with scientific institutions and mechanisms,in order to efficiently produce technological achievements.And participants share the benefits of the results.The common problems of the generic technology platform were analyzed in the paper,the needs and resources of all parties involved in the new energy vehicle public R&D platform was expounded,and six countermeasures for system innova?tion and seven measures for mechanism innovation of new energy vehicle generic technology R&D platform were put forward.
