摘　　要：目的探讨压垫缝合法结合负压封闭引流技术治疗陈旧性巨大血肿的治疗效果。方法选择2006年5月—2017年11月期间本院收治的陈旧性皮下巨大血肿患者12例为研究对象,利用压垫缝合法结合负压封闭引流技术进行治疗,术后观察患者病情变化,观察伤口是否顺利愈合、有无感染等并发症发生,进行Msjeed评分。结果经过2~35天的治疗,所治疗的12例患者都愈合顺利,经过平均(8.56±2.07)个月的随访,无并发症发生,无血肿复发。治疗满意率达100%。Msjeed评分80~100分,平均评分为(92.73±6.57)分。结论压垫缝合法结合负压封闭引流技术是临床上行之有效的治疗陈旧性巨大血肿的好方法。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of suturing with pressure pad combined with vacuum sealing drainage for old giant subcutaneous hematomas.Methods 12 patients with old giant subcutaneous hematomas that were treated in the hospital from May 2006 to November 2017 were retrospectively studied.They were all treated by the surgical methods of suturing with pressure pad combined with vacuum sealing drainage.Observe the situation changes of diseases after surgery,whether the wound healed,whether implications such as infection occurred.Outcomes were assessed using Msjeed scores.Results After treatment of 2~35 d,12 patients healed well.The average follow-up time was(8.56±2.07)months.No complications occurred in all the cases.No hematoma occurred.The satisfaction rate of treatment was 100%.The Msjeed scores were ranged from 80 to 100 points,with the average of(92.73±6.57)points.Conclusion Suturing with pressure pad combined with vacuum sealing drainage is effective for old giant subcutaneous hematomas.
