摘　　要：目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合输卵管吻合术治疗输卵管绝育的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月—2016年12月本院收治的输卵管结扎术后要求再孕者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组(观察组与对照组),均为40例。所有入组者于全身麻醉气管插管下实施手术干预,观察组实施腹腔镜联合宫腔镜进行,对照组行开腹输卵管吻合术。对所有患者进行电话随访2年,比较患者治疗后尝试开始性生活及恢复规律性生活的时间,统计两组妊娠情况。结果观察组患者术后开始尝试性生活时间和恢复规律性生活的时间均显著早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随访2年,观察组治疗后自然妊娠例数为25例,显著高于对照组的10例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合宫腔镜下卵管吻合术,可有效促进患者早期恢复正常性生活,提高妊娠率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal sterilization.Methods 80 patients who required re-pregnancy after tubal sterilization were enrolled in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table(the observation group and the control group),each with 40 cases.All patients were given surgical intervention under general anesthesia for tracheal intubation.The observation group was given laparoscopic hysteroscopy and the control group was given open-dose fallopian tube anastomosis.All patients were followed up for 2 years by telephone.The time between the patients who started sexual intercourse and the recovery of regular sexual intercourse after treatment were compared.The pregnancy status of the two groups was counted.Results In the observation group,the time of attempting sexual intercourse and restoring regular sexual intercourse was significantly earlier than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 years of follow-up,the number of natural pregnancy cases in the observation group was 25,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 10 cases,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic combined with hysteroscopic fallopian tube anastomosis can effectively promote normal sexual intercourse and improve pregnancy rate.
