摘　　要：目的分析连续性血液净化治疗老年急性肾功能衰竭的效果观察。方法此研究选择的参组人员例数一共为100例,上述患者均在2017年1月—2018年10月期间来院治疗,在随机分组方式下,将上述患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规的血液净化治疗方式,而观察组则利用连续性血液净化治疗。结果治疗前两组患者的中心静脉压值和心率、血清肌酐、尿素氮的值均较高,但是治疗后相关数据明显下降,而观察组患者治疗后的数据明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,同时,观察组患者的死亡率为2.00%,明显低于对照组的14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年急性肾功能衰竭的患者,采用连续性血液净化的效果较为理想,可以有效改善患者的肾功能指标,保证患者的健康,降低临床死亡率,提升其生存质量,具有非常重要的临床意义。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous blood purification on elderly patients with acute renal failure.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients were selected in this study.The above patients were admitted to the hospital for treatment from January 2017 to October 2018.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine blood purification,while the observation group with continuous blood purification.Results The values of central venous pressure,heart rate,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were higher in the two groups before treatment,but the relative data decreased significantly after treatment,and the data of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.At the same time,the mortality of the patients in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 14.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with acute renal failure,the effect of continuous blood purification is ideal,which can effectively improve the renal function of patients,ensure their health,reduce the clinical mortality,and improve their quality of life.It has very important clinical significance.
