系列血液净化治疗急性重症中毒的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析在急性重症中毒患者治疗中采取系列血液净化治疗的临床效果。方法以本院2017年4月—2018年8月诊治的急性重症中毒患者74例作为此次的研究样本,所有患者均采取常规的内科治疗并配合系列血液净化治疗。结果本组74例急性重症中毒患者经临床内科治疗并配合系列血液净化治疗,痊愈并顺利出院者66例,救治无效死亡患者4例,由于病情严重而放弃治疗自行出院患者4例,患者的总体治疗有效率为89.19%。患者治疗期间2例患者发生电解质紊乱情况,并发症率为2.70%;患者治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前显著改善,且治疗前后各指标比照差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对急性重症中毒患者采取系列血液净化治疗有助于提高患者的抢救治疗成功率,且该治疗方案的安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of a series of blood purification treatments in the treatment of patients with acute severe poisoning.Methods The 74 patients with acute severe poisoning who were treated in the hospital from April 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the study samples.All patients were treated with routine medical treatment and a series of blood purification treatments.Results This group of 74 patients with acute severe poisoning were treated with clinical medical treatment and with a series of blood purification treatments,66 patients were cured and successfully discharged,and 4 patients died of treatment failure.Due to serious illness,4 patients were discharged from the hospital.The effective overall treatment rate of the patients is 89.19%.Two patients developed electrolyte imbalance during the treatment period,and the complication rate was 2.70%.Compared with before treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6,and hs-CRP levels were significantly improved after treatment,and there were statistically significant differences among the indicators before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion A series of blood purification treatment for patients with acute severe poisoning can improve the success rate of rescue treatment,and the safety of this treatment is high.
