摘　　要：目的了解“双心”干预对高血压患者的负性情绪、治疗依从性及血压的影响。方法选取76例高血压患者作为研究对象。采用数字表法,将其随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各38例。观察组采用“双心”干预管理,对照组按常规管理,观察6个月。结果观察组患者中,焦虑6例(15.8%)、抑郁2例(5.3%),低于对照组的焦虑18例(47.4%)、抑郁9例(23.7%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的SAS、SDS平均评分均低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从性81.6%、血压控制率65.8%,优于对照组的52.9%、39.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“双心”干预高血压患者可以明显减少高血压患者抑郁、焦虑的负性情绪,可以显著提高患者服药治疗的依从性,提高高血压的控制率。Objective To understand the influence of"double heart"intervention on negative emotion,treatment compliance and blood pressure of hypertensive patients.Methods 76 patients with hypertension were selected as the research objects.Using digital table method,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.The observation group was administered with"double heart"intervention,while the control group was administered routinely for 6 months.Results There were 6 cases of anxiety(15.8%)and 2 cases of depression(5.3%)in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group(18 cases of anxiety(47.4%)and 9 cases of depression(23.7%).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The average scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance and blood pressure control rate of the observation group were 81.6%and 65.8%respectively,which were better than 52.9%and 39.5%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Double heart"intervention in hypertension patients can significantly reduce the negative emotions of depression and anxiety in hypertension patients,can significantly improve the compliance of patients with medication treatment,improve the control rate of hypertension.
