摘　　要：目的总结并归纳全面护理方式对小儿癫痫护理工作的应用价值。方法选取106例小儿癫痫患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将106例患儿分为观察组与对照组,每组各53例。对照组患儿应用常规护理,观察组患儿应用全面护理,并对两组患儿的治疗依从率以及护理有效率进行探讨与分析。结果进行全面护理的观察组患儿在治疗依从率、护理有效率等方面的实验数据均优于应用常规护理的对照组,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿癫痫患者进行全面护理,可有效提升护理效果,并提高患儿的治疗配合度,从而对促进患儿的康复起到重要作用,在临床上的应用价值较高。Objective To summarize and summarize the application value of comprehensive nursing methods in the nursing of children with epilepsy.Methods 106 cases of children with epilepsy were included in this study.106 cases of children with epilepsy were grouped by random number table method.53 cases in the observation group and 53 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing care.The treatment compliance rate and nursing efficiency of the two groups were discussed and analyzed.Results The experimental data of treatment compliance rate and nursing efficiency of the observation group with comprehensive nursing were better than those of the control group with routine nursing.There was a significant difference in the data between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for children with epilepsy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and improve the treatment effect,and improve the treatment cooperation of children,so it plays an important role in promoting the rehabilitation of children.
