摘  要:本文利用QC小组活动,结合TRIZ创新方法,分析了浸入式水口原位梯度复合过程中出现缺陷的问题,同时运用5M1E分析法、矛盾原理和物场分析法等工具,分析比较各创新理论得出的解。最终运用价值工程法确认改进的设计方案,快速准确地解决实际问题,证明多方法融合创新在实际工程设计中具有很强的实用性与适用性。This paper analyzed the defects in the in-situ gradient compounding process of immersion nozzles by us?ing QC group activities and TRIZ innovation methods,and used 5M1E analysis method,contradiction principle and object field analysis method to analyze and compare the solutions obtained by each innovation theory.Finally,the val?ue engineering method was used to confirm the improved design scheme,and the practical problems were solved quickly and accurately,which proved that the multi-method fusion innovation had strong practicability and applica?bility in practical engineering design.
