摘 要:针对XV3207巷原支护密度过大、掘进效率低、帮部支护效果不佳等现状,提出了增大间排距、改用大功率涨拉仪器、菱形网改用经纬网等措施。经过试验模拟和现场实施,改进后的支护方案,顶板和两帮围岩渐变量均控制在设计范围之内,巷道围岩保持稳定,说明该方案有效控制了围岩的变形移动,为矿井降耗提效、安全生产提供了有效参考。Aiming at the present situation of XV3207 roadway,such as excessive support density,low excavation efficiency and poor support effect of the side,measures such as increasing row spacing,using high-power tension equipment,using diamond net instead of longitude and weft net are put forward.After the test simulation and field implementation,the improved support scheme,the gradual variables of roof and surrounding rock of both sides are controlled within the design scope,and the surrounding rock of roadway is stable,which shows that the scheme effectively controls the deformation and movement of surrounding rock,and provides an effective reference for mine consumption reduction,efficiency improvement and safety production.
