中厚板出钢机液压站补压故障分析及解决方案

摘　　要：八钢中厚板厂1#加热炉出钢机液压系统在工作过程中出现主泵补压时间极为短暂的问题,并衍生出了其它设备故障。经过现场分析排查,故障是由于系统存在异常溢流,原有压力补偿功能失效引起。对该液压系统采取了相应的改进措施,将补压周期恢复到合格范围,并较之前正常间歇补压时间有所延长。The hydraulic system of extractor of No.1 reheating furnace in plate mill of Bayi Steel has a very short time to compensate the pressure of the main pump in the working process,and other equipment faults have been derived.After field analysis and investigation,the fault is caused by the abnormal overflow of the system and the failure of the original pressure compensation function.Corresponding improvement measures have been taken to restore the filling period to the qualified range and prolong the normal interval filling time.
