摘　　要：文章针对八钢公司第二炼钢厂120t转炉产线板坯库5台同规格型号的20+20t板坯吊运起重机利用率极高,起重机车轮组偏斜运行啃轨影响生产的原因进行了分析。通过实施改进,设备运行效果得到了改善。Because of five cranes(20+20t)for slab warehouse of 120t converter production Line in No.2 steelmaking plant of Bayi Steel have very high utilization rate,reasons for influence of rail gnawing on crane wheel set deflection operation are analyzed.Through the improvement,the operation effect of the equipment has been improved.
