摘　　要：志愿服务事业是我国公益事业的重要组成部分,在扶贫、助残、助医、助邻等方面发挥了重要作用。志愿者作为志愿服务事业的主力军,为志愿服务事业的发展作出了突出贡献。然而,志愿者权益受损案件日益增多,引人深思。究其原因不难发现,志愿者权益保护存在法律规定不够完善、法律规定落实不到位等方面问题。为保障志愿者权益,促进志愿服务事业长足发展,明确各方法律责任、健全人身财产保护机制、畅通纠纷解决机制、设立志愿服务专项资金、加强志愿服务组织建设是应由之举。Voluntary service is an important part of China's public welfare undertakings and plays an important role in helping the poor,the disabled,doctors and neighbors.As the main force of volunteer service,volunteers have made outstanding contributions to the development of volunteer service.However,the increasing number of cases of damage to volunteers'rights and interests is thought-provoking.It is not difficult to find out the reasons.There are some problems in the protection of volunteers'rights and interests,such as incomplete legal provisions and inadequate implementation of legal provisions.In order to protect the rights and interests of volunteers and promote the long-term development of volunteer service,it is necessary to clarify the legal responsibilities of all parties,improve the personal and property protection mechanism,smooth the dispute settlement mechanism,establish special funds for volunteer service and strengthen the construction of volunteer service organizations.
