摘　　要：乡村振兴的基础是产业振兴,根本出路是推动生产要素适度规模化、资源配置市场化、品种流程专业化、生产技术机械化和信息化,实现农业生产方式和组织模式不断创新。当前农业生产方式和组织模式创新在新型农业经营主体总量和质量、农业生产要素配置、农业社会化服务体系、农业机械化及信息化等方面存在强烈的政策诉求,亟待增强新型农业经营主体带动力和市场品牌效应、依托项目整合涉农财政资金、健全农村产权交易市场和风险防范机制、完善社会化服务体系、创新金融保险品种和体制机制。The foundation of rural revitalization is agricultural revitalization.The fundamental ways to agricultural revitalization are scalization within measure of production factors,marketization of resource allocation,specialization of breeds and technological process,mechanization and informatization of manufacturing technique.The innovation of current agricultural production mode and organization mode has some policy demands in the aspects of new agricultural operators’total quantity and quality,allocation of agricultural production factors,agricultural socialized service system,agricultural mechanization and informatization.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen the driving force and market brand effect of new agricultural operators,integrate agriculture-related financial funds by relying on projects,improve rural property rights trading market and risk prevention mechanism,improve socialized service system,and innovate financial insurance varieties and systems and mechanisms.
