摘 要:本文在再利用羊毛与原生羊毛纤维性能对比研究基础上,探究了再利用羊毛/涤纶混纺织物与原生羊毛/涤纶混纺织物耐用性能差异,提出使用再利用羊毛替代原生羊毛织造混纺织物的优化方案。研究结果表明:再利用羊毛与原生羊毛相比,纤维强力损失约18%,纤维强力不匀率增大;纤维长度损失约43%,短绒率增大;表面鳞片磨损严重,从而影响再利用羊毛/涤纶混纺织物耐用性能。Based on the comparison of the physical properties of recycled wool and raw wool fiber,this paper explores the difference in durability between recycled wool/polyester blended fabric and raw wool/polyester blended fabric,and proposes an optimized plan for using recycled wool/polyester blended fabrics.The results showed that compared with the original wool fiber,the strength of the recycled wool fiber was 18% lower,and its unevenness rate increased;the fiber length was found to be reduced for about 43%,the short pile rate increased;surface scale of the wool was worn seriously.Therefore,overall durability is lower than that of the same proportion of raw wool/polyester blended fabric.
