摘　　要：目的 探索常见卡介苗(BCG)预防接种不良反应的处置经验。方法 通过海南省疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测系统收集2008-2018年BCG AEFI案例和图谱资料,总结海南省对常见BCG不良反应的诊断和治疗方法。结果 本研究建立了2008-2018年海南省常见BCG预防接种不良反应案例的图谱、诊断和治疗方法。共诊断不良反应383例,治愈379例(98.9%);其中诊治淋巴结炎324例、接种部位脓肿41例(其中强烈反应18例)、接种部位肉芽增生4例、接种部位过敏反应10例,全部治愈。结论 将诊断治疗和案例图谱相结合有助于指导BCG预防接种不良反应的处置。Objective To explore experiences managing adverse reactions after vaccination with Bacille Calmette-Guerin vaccine(BCG)in Hainan province.Methods We used the Hainan Adverse Events Following Immunization(AEFI)Surveillance System to obtain data on BCG AEFI cases and develop an atlas of cases during 2008-2018;we summarize diagnostic and treatment methods for BCG adverse reactions.Results This study developed an atlas of BCG AEFI and a compendium of diagnostic and treatment methods for BCG adverse reactions in Hainan during 2008-2018.A total of 383 BCG adverse reactions were diagnosed,of which 379(98.9%)cases recovered.Among cases,324,41,4,and 10 were diagnosed as lymphadenitis,injection-site abscess(among which 18 were strong reactions),injection?site granulation hyperplasia,and injection-site allergic reaction,respectively;all recovered.Conclusion Diagnosis and treatment,combined with a descriptive atlas of cases may help manage BCG adverse reactions.
