羊毛纤维基吸附催化材料的制备及其脱色效果

摘　　要：以废弃羊毛为原料,制备一种对染料具有高吸附催化双功能的固体脱色材料,并将其应用到活性黄棕KGR模拟印染废水的脱色中。该材料制备的优化工艺条件为:将羊毛投入到含有200%(omf)明胶铜、15%(omf)阳离子明胶蛋白助剂和50%(omf)碳酸钠的水溶液中,于80℃处理30 min,取出水洗。结果表明,该脱色材料对活性黄棕KGR染料废水脱色效果优良,可重复使用多次。该脱色材料具有制备工艺简单、成本低廉及能够有效利用废弃物等优点,是一种节能经济型方法。Using wasted wool as raw material,a solid decolorizing material with high-adsorbent and catalytic decolorization for dyes is prepared.And it is applied to the decolorization of Reactive Yellow Brown KGR.The preparation condition of the material is optimized as follows:the wasted wool is put into an aqueous solution containing 200%(omf)gelatin copper,15%(omf)cationic gelatin protein auxiliary and 50%(omf)sodium carbonate,and is treated at 80℃for 30 min.The results show that the decolorizing material has excellent decolorization effect on the Reactive Yellow Brown KGR dye wastewater and can be reused many times.At the same time,the decolorizing material has the advantages of simple preparation process,low cost and efficient use of the waste.
