摘　　要：针对再生蚕丝蛋白纤维与棉混纺纱线耐碱性较差的问题,对50/50再生蚕丝蛋白纤维/棉混纺纱线进行低碱一浴煮漂工艺,优化的工艺条件为:浴比1:10,漂煮时间为40 min,欧诺兰0.28%(omf),NaOH 0.42%(omf),30%双氧水4.5 mL/L,练漂后的纱线毛效达到13.2 cm/30 min,白度达到80.3%,强力损伤率小于6.6%,煮漂残液pH值近中性。Aiming at the poor alkali resistance of blended yarn of the regenerated silk fibroin fiber and cotton fiber,low alkali one bath boiling and bleaching process is carried out for the 50/50 regenerated silk fibroin fiber/cotton blended yarn.The optimized low alkali bleaching process is:the bleaching time is 40 min with the bath ratio of 1:10,the Super Blue of 0.28%(omf),NaOH of 0.42%(omf),30%hydrogen peroxide of 4.5 mL/L.The blended yarn after low alkali pretreatment features good properties with capillary effect of 13.2 cm/30 min,the whiteness of 80.3%,the strength loss less than 6.6%,and the neutral pH value of the bleached residue.
