摘 要:利用印染废水再生循环系统对排放的印染废水进行再生并循环用于纱线的染色,考察了排放废水再生前后水质指标变化及其稳定性、再生前后的水对纱线染色质量的影响以及在实际生产应用中的节能减排成效。结果表明:多次再生循环后的清水仍保证了纱线染色质量不受影响,减少印染废水的排放,节省水耗以及蒸汽能耗成本,节能减排成效显著。The waste water from printing and dyeing industry is regenerated by the recycling system and recycled for yarn dyeing. The changes and stability of water quality indexes before and after regeneration of waste water, the influence of water before and after regeneration on yarn dyeing quality and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction in practical production and application are investigated.The results show that the quality of yarn dyeing is not affected, the discharge burden of printing and dyeing wastewater is reduced, the costs of water consumption and steam energy consumption are saved,and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is remarkable.
