摘　　要：桦褐孔菌是俄罗斯民间常用的药食两用真菌,常用于肿瘤患者的康复治疗.本文根据苏联及俄罗斯的相关研究资料,对桦褐孔菌在肿瘤康复治疗中的配伍应用方法进行了归纳与分析.桦褐孔菌可单独代茶饮,也可与他药配伍应用,组方简单、实用、较为安全,患者易于接受,但在我国应用时应考虑患者体质和药材来源的不同,注意调整用量.Inonotus obliquus is a commonly used medicinal and edible fungus in Russian folk. It is often used in the rehabilitation treatment of cancer patients. Based on the relevant research data of the Soviet Union and Russia, this paper summarizes and analyses the compatibility application methods of Inonotus obliquus in cancer rehabilitation treatment. It is believed that Inonotus obliquus can be used alone as tea or in the combination with other drugs. The prescription is simple, practical, safe and easy for patients, but it should be tested in our country. Considering the different constitution of patients and the source of medicinal materials, the attention should be paid to adjust the dosage.
