摘　　要：目的通过观察妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者和正常对照孕妇的血清Nesfatin-1水平、胰岛素水平和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等的差异,探讨Nesfatin-1和GDM间的联系。方法研究对象分为GDM组30例和正常对照组29例,记录两组患者的年龄、体重、身高、BMI及孕周,记录口服糖耐量试验(OGTT)测量值,测定血清Nesfatin-1因子及胰岛素水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数。结果 GDM组的Nesfatin-1水平低于对照组,胰岛素水平和HOMA-IR水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。Nesfatin-1和BMI、空腹血糖水平、OGTT 1h血糖水平、HOMA-IR存在负相关关系。结论 GDM患者的血清Nesfatin-1浓度明显降低,Nesfatin-1对GDM患者的肥胖及胰岛素抵抗等因素均有一定的影响。Objective To investigate the relationship between Nesfatin-1 and GDM by observing the differences of serum Nesfatin-1 level,insulin level and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) between patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and normal controls.Methods The patients were divided into GDM group(n=30) and normal control group(n=29).Age,weight,height,BMI and gestational age of the two groups were recorded.The oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) was also recorded.Serum Nesfatin-1 factor and insulin level was measured.At the same time,the insulin resistance index was calculated.Results The level of Nesfatin-1 in the GDM group was lower than that in the control group,while the insulin level and HOMA-IR level were higher(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between Nesfatin-1 and BMI,fasting blood glucose levels,OGTT 1 h blood glucose levels,and HOMA-IR.Conclusion The serum concentration of Nesfatin-1 in patients with GDM is significantly decreased.Nesfatin-1 has certain effects on obesity and insulin resistance in GDM patients.
