摘 要:回油离心式喷嘴作为单油路离心喷嘴的一种特殊类型,具有在较宽的燃油量变化范围内维持良好雾化质量的特点,因此在小型发动机上具有一定的应用前景.目前,相对于离心喷嘴,回油离心式喷嘴的设计方法成熟度相对较低,国内外公开发表的文献中对回油喷嘴的试验研究也较少,本文以某型回油喷嘴为研究对象,研究定进油流量情况下进、回油压力、喷雾锥角、燃油周向分布不均匀度及雾化质量随回油孔有效面积的变化规律,为后续回油喷嘴的设计和计算提供支持.研究结果表明:在保持进油流量不变的情况下,增加回油孔有效面积,进油压力和回油压力均减小,但进、回油压差基本不变;喷雾锥角和分布不均匀度均增大,雾化粒度变化很小.As a special type of the pressure-swirl atomizer,the spill-flow pressure-atomizing injector can maintain good atomized quality,so让has some application prospects for small engines.Compared with the pressure-swirl atomizer,the design method for spill-flow pressure-atomizing injectors has not been sufficiendy developed,and published literature about the experiment on spiD-flow pressure-atomizing injectors is rare at present,therefore this paper takes a spill-flow pressure-atomizing injector as the research object to explore the law of the change of the inlet fuel pressure,the return fuel pressure,spray cone angle,fuel distribution unevenness and the quality of atomization with the effective area of the fuel return hole,which can provide valuable reference for the design of the spill-flow pressure-atomizing injector.The result shows that,when the inlet fuel mass flow keeps fixed and the return fuel mass flow was added,the inlet fuel pressure and the return fuel pressure will increase,spray cone an0e and fuel distribution unevenness will increase as well while the pressure difference of inlet and return fuel will be close to unchanged,SMD and N will change sEghtly and the injector will have satisfactory quality of atomization.
