法学专业大学生的学习适应研究——以H校2007～2015届法学专业优秀毕业生为例

摘　　要：对于法学专业大学生而言,适应法学专业学习是他们大学适应的主要任务。对2007~2015届H校法学专业优秀毕业生的生涯传记进行考察,运用扎根理论的研究方法,认为法学专业大学生的成功学习适应主要表现在三方面:从"被动学习"转向"主动学习",逐渐适应自主学习模式;逐渐形成法律思维和多视角看待问题的能力,能够在批判与质疑中保持独立思考,利用法律知识看待和解决实践问题;能够发现法学专业学习背后的意义和价值,真正将其融合到自身的发展和成长过程之中。For law major students,adapting to their study is the main task of their university life.This paper examines the career biographies of outstanding graduates of law school in H University from 2007 to 2015.Using the theory of grounded theory,it is believed that the successful learning adaptation of students is mainly in the following three aspects:From"passive learning"to"active learning",adapting to the autonomous learning model gradually;forming legal thinking and cultivate the ability to view problems from multiple perspectives,maintaining independent thinking in criticism and questioning,using legal knowledge to treat and solve practical problems;finding the meaning and value professional education,integrating it into its own development and growth process.
