摘  要:目的探讨经颅磁刺激对CO中毒迟发性脑病(delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning,DEACMP)患者脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)和缺氧诱导因子1α(H1F1α)的影响。方法以该院收治的DEACMP患者52例作为调查对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组26例,对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗后2周简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)、巴塞尔指数(BI)、血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、BDNF、NGF和H1F1α。结果治疗后两组MMSE、BI指数明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组MMSE、BI指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组NSE明显低于治疗前,SOD活力明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组NSE活力明显低于对照组,SO活力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组BDNF、NGF、H1F1α含量明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组BDNF、NGF、H1F1α含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激有效改善DEACMP患者认知功能,降低BDNF、NGF、H1F1α的水平。Objective To explore the influence of transcranial magnetic stimulation on BDNF,NGF and H1 F1α in patients with delayed phalopathy after acute carbon venation(DEACMP). Methods Fifty-two DEACMP patients admitted to a hospital were selected as the objects of investigation. The random number table was used to divide the objects into the control group and the observation group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment on the basis of the control group. Before and 2 weeks after treatment,MMSE,BI,NSE,SOD,BDNF,NGF and H1 F1α were compared between the two groups. Results MMSE and BI indexes of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and MMSE and BI indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,NSE in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,SOD activity was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and NSE activity in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,SO activity was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The contents of BDNF,NGF and H1 F1α in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the contents of BDNF,NGF and H1 F1α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively improve the cognitive function and reduce the levels of BDNF,NGF and H1 F1α of DEACMP patients.
