风药治疗泄泻机理研究

摘　　要：风药是祛除外风或平熄内风,主要用于调理气机的药物。泄泻以湿盛与脾虚为病机关键,脾虚不能运化水湿,水湿聚阻中焦,影响气机升降,故中焦气机升降紊乱。风药通过解表祛湿、升阳胜湿、益气升阳、疏肝理脾、温中散寒而止泻,其核心作用为调理全身气机。因此可以通过风药调理中焦气机,恢复脾胃正常的升降功能,从而止泻。风药常用于治疗外感表证及内伤杂病等,其在人体内可调节脏腑经络、运行气血津液,从治疗脾胃病扩展到五脏之病皆可使用。风药多辛温宣散,入肝脾经,对脾胃病之泄泻尤以适用,以防风、藿香、柴胡、葛根、升麻为代表风药在治疗泄泻时,配伍应用往往会收到显著疗效。Wind medicine is to dispel the outside wind or calm the inside wind,it is mainly used to regulate the medicine of Qi activity.Dampness and spleen deficiency are the key factors in the pathogenesis of diarrhea.Spleen deficiency cannot transport water dampness,and water dampness accumulates and blocks the middle coke,so the rise and fall of the middle coke is disordered.Wind-medicine through Jiebiao Qushi,Shengyang Shengshi Yiqi Shengyang,Shugan Lipi,Wenzong Sanhan,its core function is to regulate the whole body Qi.Therefore,we can regulate medium coke engine by wind medicine,and restore the normal function of spleen and stomach,so as to stop diarrhea.Wind medicine is often used to treat external symptoms and internal injury miscellaneous diseases.Wind medicine multi-xin wenxuan powder,into the liver and spleen meridian,is particularly suitable for diarrhea of spleen and stomach disease,with Fangfeng,Huoxiang,bupleurum root,radix puerariae,cohosh as representative wind medicine in the treatment of diarrhea,the combination of application often receive significant effect.
