郑攀运用黄连汤经验

摘　　要：黄连汤出自东汉医家张仲景《伤寒论》173条,具有平调寒热,升降阴阳,和胃降逆之效。其病机为中气不足,以致热邪中于上焦,寒邪中于下焦,阴阳不相入,上下升降失常。郑攀在辨证精准情况下,遵循异病同治原则,对黄连汤进行灵活化裁,运用于临床,取得良好的效果。文章对黄连汤的方源方论作了探讨,并举慢性肠炎、功能性子宫出血、腹型过敏性紫癜等案例,对郑攀运用黄连汤的临床经验作了介绍。Huanglian decoction comes from 173 treatises on typhoid fever written by ZHANG Zhongjing,a doctor of the Eastern Han Dynasty.It has the effects of regulating cold and heat,raising and lowering Yin and yang,and lowering stomach stress.Its pathogenesis is insufficient Qi,so that heat evil in the upper Jiao,cold evil in the lower Jiao,Yin and Yang are not compatible,up and down abnormal.Professor ZHENG Pan,under the precise condition of syndrome differentiation,followed the principle of the same treatment for different diseases,flexibly tailored Huanglian Decoction and applied it to clinical practice,and achieved good results.This article discusses the prescription of Huanglian decoction,and introduces Professor ZHENG Pan’s clinical experience in using Huanglian decoction by citing cases of chronic enteritis,functional uterine bleeding and abdominal allergic purpura.
