扶正摄血法治疗气阴两虚型肾小球源性血尿临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正摄血法治疗气阴两虚型肾小球源性血尿的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例中医辨证为气阴两虚型肾小球源性血尿患者随机分成2组,分别为治疗组33例,对照组27例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参芪扶正注射液联合止血方,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用参芪扶正注射液联合肾炎康复片,以住院治疗15d为1个疗程,分别检测2组患者治疗前后镜检红细胞数量,尿红细胞计数等指标,记录治疗前后中医症候积分,进行临床疗效综合评定。结果:实验组总有效率84.85%,对照组总有效率59.25%,二者比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),实验组治疗前后镜检红细胞数量、尿红细胞计数均有明显下降,有统计学差异(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后镜检红细胞数量、尿红细胞计数亦有所降低,有统计学差异(P<0.05),实验组与对照组组间比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合止血方能降低肾小球源性血尿患者镜检红细胞数量、尿红细胞计数,更好的改善中医症候,显示出更好的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Shenxue method in treating glomerular hematuria with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Methods:60 patients with glomerular hematuria with Qi and yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups:33 patients in the treatment group and 27 patients in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the basis of conventional treatment.On the basis of routine treatment,the combination of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablets was used as a course of treatment for 15 days of hospitalizaion.The number of red blood cells and urinary red blood cell counts were measured before and after treatment.The TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were recorded,and the clinical efficacy was comprehensively evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 84.85%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 59.25%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The n-umber of red blood cells and urinary red blood cell counts in the experimental group w-ere significantly decreased before and after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the ex-perimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with Zhixue Recipe could reduce the number of red blood cells and urinary red blood cell count in patients with glomerular hematuria,and better improve the symptoms of TCM.It showed better curative effect and was worthy of clinical promotion.
