壮医经筋疗法提高视屏终端视疲劳患者泪膜稳定性作用临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究壮医经筋疗法对视屏终端视疲劳患者的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:对80例符合标准的视屏终端视疲劳的患者进行壮医经筋三联疗法,对比治疗前后患者的症候积分,泪膜破裂时间(tear film breakup time,BUT),泪液分泌试验(schirmer I test,SIT)和角膜荧光素染色(fluorescent,FL)积分。结果:治疗后患者的症状积分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);与治疗前相比较,治疗后的BUT和SIT水平明显提高,FL积分明显下降(P<0.05);与治疗后第14天相比较,治疗后的BUT和SIT水平明显提高,FL积分明显下降(P<0.05);临床总有效率为83.75%。结论:壮医经筋疗法可改善视屏终端视疲劳患者的临床症状,这可能是通过提高BUT和SIT水平、降低FL积分、提高泪膜稳定性实现的。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and mechanism on patients with VDT visual fatigue treated with Jingjin therapy of ZHUANG medicine.Methods:80 cases of patients with diagnosis of VDP visual fatigue were cured with Jingjin therapy of ZHUANG medicine,observed the patient’s symptoms integral,tear film break up time(BUT),schirmer I test(SIT)and fluorescent integral(FL).Results:The symptom score of the patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,BUT and SIT levels were significantly improved,and FL scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05);Compared with the 14 days after treatment,BUT and SIT levels were significantly improved,and FL scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate was 83.75%.Conclusion:Through strengthening the BUT and SIT levels,reducing FL scores,thereby improving lacrimal film stability,patients with VDT visual fatigue can improve their clinical symptoms.
