摘 要:采用碱处理法提取玉米皮纤维,并研究不同NaOH溶液浓度条件下玉米皮纤维的提取情况。采用气流成网法与水刺法,按不同纤维质量配比(5∶5、4∶6、3∶7)制备玉米皮纤维/黏胶纤维水刺非织造材料,并测试其厚度、单位面积质量、顶破性能、拉伸性能、柔软性及吸水性,结果表明玉米皮纤维/黏胶纤维(5∶5)水刺非织造材料的顶破强力可达到145.8 N,其纵横向拉伸断裂强力分别为89.5、74.5 N,而玉米皮纤维/黏胶纤维(3∶7)水刺非织造材料的抗弯刚度和吸水率分别为1.69 mN·cm、780.19%。Corn husk fibers were extracted by alkali treatment,and the extractions of corn husk fiber under different concentrations of NaOH solution were studied.Corn husk fiber/viscose fiber spun-laced nonwovens with different fiber mass ratio including 5∶5,4∶6,3∶7 were fabricated by the air-laying and spun-lacing method.The thickness,mass of unit area,bursting properties,and tensile properties,softness and water absorption of the spun-laced nonwovens were tested.The results showed that bursting strength of the corn husk fiber/viscose fiber(5∶5)spun-laced nonwovens could reach 145.8 N,and their tensile breaking strength in the machine direction and that in the cross direction was respectively 89.5 and 74.5 N,while the bending rigidity and the water absorption of the corn husk fiber/viscose fiber(3∶7)spun-laced nonwovens was 1.69 mN·cm and 780.19%respectively.
