摘  要:通过热雨循环和冷热循环试验,对玻化微珠保温砂浆的耐候性能进行了研究,并对玻化微珠保温砂浆外保温系统各构造层的温度进行监测,探究其保温性能,最后利用非线性分析程序对该保温系统进行数值模拟,分析评定该系统的保温隔热性能。试验结果表明:玻化微珠保温砂浆外保温系统在经过80次热雨循环和5次冷热循环之后,仍未发现裂缝、粉化、空鼓、剥落等现象,可以满足规范规定的耐候性要求;在外界环境温度发生急剧变化的情况下,该保温系统仍具有优良的保温隔热性能;并且试验结果与非线性分析程序得出的结果相吻合,说明该保温系统在理论上是稳定可靠的。By hot-rain cycle test and hot-cool cycle test,studied the weatherability of glazed hollow heat-insulation mortar,external thermal insulation system with glazed hollow heat-insulation mortar of the temperature monitoring of each structural layer,explore its insulation performance,the use of a nonliner analysis program to numerical simulation.The test results show that the thermal insulation system,external thermal insulation system with glazed hollow heat-insulation mortar after 80 times hot-rain cycle and 5 times hot-cool cycle,we still haven't found off the phenomenon such as cracks,pulverization,hollow and desquamate,can satisfy the requirement of weatherability.The thermal insulation system has excellent thermal insulation performance under the circumstance that the ambient temperature has changed dramatically.The experimental results are consistent with the results obtained by a nonliner analysis program,which indicates that the thermal insulation systemis stable and reliable in theory.
