摘  要:利用流体力学软件Flow-3D对新型抗冲膏浆的工作性能进行研究。在模拟中将抗冲膏浆看作单一均匀的连续流体,采用宾汉姆模型。控制灌浆速度和水流速度两个变量,对新型抗冲水泥膏浆的抗冲刷能力进行了探究。研究表明,当灌浆速度较小时,在0.6 m/s及其以下的水流的冲击下,水泥膏浆保持了较好的完整性,形成有效灌浆,该情况下,水泥膏浆可以作为灌浆材料。当浆液流速较大时(大于0.5 m/s时),也可以形成有效灌浆,但灌浆量过多,被冲走的浆液也增多,造成材料浪费,经济性较差。The performance of new anti impact paste slurry was studied by using fluid mechanics software Flow-3D.In the simulation,the anti impact paste is regarded as a single uniform continuous fluid and the Bingham model is adopted.Controlling the two variables of grouting speed and flow velocity,the erosion resistance of the new type of anti impact cement paste is explored.The research shows that,when the grouting speed is small,the cement paste keeps good integrity under the impact of water flow below 0.6 m/s and below.In this case,the cement paste slurry can be used as a grouting material.When the flow velocity is larger than 0.5 m/s,the effective grouting can also be formed,but the quantity of grouting is too much and the slurry which is washed away also increases,which causes the waste of materials and the economy is poor.
