摘 要:以青海尼那水电站调速系统用油压装置改造项目为背景,在分析了电站原有的油压装置液压系统工作原理、设备的布置方式和运行中存在的问题的基础上,根据尼那水电站的实际情况,重新设计了油压装置液压系统,重点设计并分析了油泵出口控制和保护用的组合阀及运行方式。改造后的油压装置消除了原设备运行中的缺陷,降低了设备损坏频率,提高了电站运行的安全性。该新型组合阀的设计和对油泵的控制、保护方式可作为今后设计油泵出口控制阀组的参考。We analyze the working principle of the hydraulic system in the past oil pressure supply units,layout of the equipments,and the working problems in Ni'na hydropower station.According to the above research,we redesign the hydraulic system for oil pressure supply units under the hydropower station actual condition.The pump outlet combined valves with the operation mode are focal considered.The improved oil pressure supply units eliminate the defects which were existed in old equipments in operation.Simultaneously,reduce the equipments damage probability,and the safety of Ni na hydropower station is increased.The research results have theoretical and practical significance for further study in future in design the oil pump outlet combined valves which are used in control and protection of the pump and the improved methods for oil pressure supply units in hydropower station.
