摘　　要：以多层配筋砌块砌体结构教学楼为例,分析其土建工程费用,并与多层砖混、框架、框剪结构教学楼进行人工、材料、施工机具使用费、净使用面积等比较。结果表明,配筋砌块砌体结构在减少单位面积人工工日消耗、主要承重材料消耗、施工机具使用费、模板使用量、提高净使用面积、环保节能等方面优势明显,具有良好的经济效益、环保效益。Taking the multi-storey reinforced block masonry structure teaching building as an example,analyses its cost of civil engineering and compares manual,material,construction equipment usage fee,net usage area,etc.with multi-storey brick-concrete structure,frame structure and frame-shear structure teaching building.The results show that reinforced block masonry structure has obvious advantages in reducing man-day consumption per unit area,material consumption,construction equipment usage fee,using amount of formwork,increasing net area of use,environmental protection and energy saving,and has good economic and environmental benefits.
