摘 要:以CBCA插装平衡阀为研究对象,依托钢拱架安装机液压举升回路进行动态特性分析。根据阀的结构,建立阀的力学平衡方程。并根据实际工况,对负载、弹簧刚度及阻尼孔进行参数计算及设置。运用AMESim仿真软件建立插装式平衡阀的结构模型并仿真。仿真结果揭示了弹簧刚度、阻尼孔等参数对插装式平衡阀工作性能的影响,为插装式平衡阀的优化设计及参数匹配提供了参考。The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic lift loop of the steel arch mounting machine are analyzed by taking the CBCA plug-in balancing valve as a study object.According to the valve structure,the mechanical balance valve equation was established.The load,spring stiffness and damping hole were calculated and set according to the actual working condition.The structure model of bayonet balance valve was established and simulated by using AMESim simulation software.The simulation results reveal the effects of spring stiffness,damping hole and other parameters on the performance of the bolted balancing valve,which provide references for its optimal design and matching of parameters.
