摘　　要：从老年照料设施的定位、建设、火灾及消防配置现状切入,对基于云平台的无线智能火灾报警联动控制系统的架构原理、信息交互、智慧性、灵敏性和可靠性展开分析,探讨了其实时监控能力和应用方法。旨在指出无线智能火灾报警系统在老年人照料设施中的重要性和应用方法。该系统可提供实时有效的消防监控,是物联网技术和智慧城市建设的必然结果,有助提高养老建筑消防预警能力,降低火灾危害。From the status-of-art of development and safety of senior-living facilities,this paper analyzed the theoretical framework,methods of information transfer,smartness,sensitivity,and reliability of the wireless intelligent fire alarm and control system based on cloud platform.Its ability to conduct actual-time supervisory control and the implication to practice were investigated.The importance and application of intelligent addressable wireless fire detection&alarm systems to senior-living facilities were identified.Supported by internet of things and the development of smart cities,the systems are expected to provide actual time and efficient monitoring on protected areas in senior-living facilities,improving fire warning capability and reducing risk.
